The Last Lecture

The Last Lecture
Best book I've read in a long time. The Last Lecture is the amazing story of Randy Pausch who gave a hour long lecture at Carnegie Mellon University, knowing he only had a few months to live. His outlook on life and his attempt to leave some lasting lessons for his three children. This book will make you appreciate life, that is certain.

I've just recently read the Last Lecture myself. It has changed my life. When I was fifteen, I lost my mother to a drunk driving accident. Now that I'm grown with my own son, I've really been in the dumps lately and missing her. I have had two experiences recently that have given me a new outlook on life. This book is one of them. He really reminds you of what's important in this world. I hope I am able to teach my son the important lessons in the book. I do think that every parent and even every high school senior (before entering the world) should read it.
